How we handle contact information.

What we collect

The project inquiry form collects the information you choose to provide. That typically includes your name, email address, project details, and optionally your company, website, and timeline.

Why we collect it

We use the information to understand your inquiry and respond about potential project work. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing communication.

How it is handled

Inquiry details are used for project communication. Submissions are delivered by email using Google SMTP. Google reCAPTCHA is used to reduce automated abuse. Those services may process submitted information on RDC's behalf.

The production website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use the site (pages viewed and similar usage data). It is not used to decide whether we respond to an inquiry. Google may process that usage data as described in Google's privacy policy.

Submitted information is not published on the website. We keep it only as long as reasonably needed for inquiry and project communication.
